Our U.L. approved central monitoring station is fully equipped with the latest technology and staffed with professionally trained dispatchers.
We use state of the art technology to route your alarm signals and calls quickly and efficiently. All signals are automatically logged and routed to our dispatchers who attend to each alarm on an individual basis.
THE MONITORING PROCESS
1)When your system is activated it sends a series of signals to our station.
2) A trained security dispatcher calls the premise phone to determine the validity of the alarm signal. If they are given the correct password the events are logged and no further action is taken.
3) If there is no answer or an incorrect password is given police, fire or other emergency services are dispatched.
